How does our Sales Training work?
Our NLP Sales Training is an online course which includes 11 units, a 90-page workbook, 57 Audios, and 7 Videos. Once your corporate course portal is set up, your salespeople will create their e-learning account and get to work. All material is accessible via laptop, tablet or phone.
With this accredited course, they will work through each of eleven units, following along in their workbook which directs them when to listen to audios and watch videos. Additionally, they will have real-life exercises to complete throughout each unit which provides the opportunity to work on the techniques and tools they are learning.
Once they have completed the exercises, they will take online quizzes to test their knowledge and report on the results of their implementation. Once graded, they receive trainer feedback and correction.
After they have successfully completed all 11 units, they will be sent their accredited certificate with the title of Certified NLP Sales Practitioner.
Throughout the training process, performance reports will be made available to the sales manager for review.
